United Enterprises has long been in the forefront of Saudi Arabia’s Stevedoring Industry, providing comprehensive services and solutions. The Stevedoring Division was established in 1976 and continued to operate successfully as private Stevedores until the Port Authorities took over the Stevedoring operations in September 1978.

Jubail Industrial Port
UNENCO successfully completed a three-year Stevedoring contract from 1982-1985 with the Jubail Industrial Port.

Dammam Port
UNENCO completed a further three-year Stevedoring contract at Dammam Port in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia from 1987-1990. The contract involved handling of all types of cargo, including Bulk, Break-Bulk, Containers, Bagged Cargo, Reefers, Grain Livestock, etc. Handling operations focused on storage, delivery and documentation whilst our maintenance operations focused on the repair and overhaul of the Port’s machinery and handling equipment.

Jeddah Islamic Port
UNENCO was awarded a contract with The Saudi Ports Authority from 1996-1999 and were allocated 18 General Cargo Berths where we provided integrated cargo services at the Port of Jeddah, in the Western Province of Saudi Arabia. Our services included discharge from vessel to pier, transportation to warehouses/yards, storage and delivery to consignees and executing full documentation of all aspects of Stevedoring, along with the maintenance of all port equipment and machinery.
